About Carol

Carol Hosier – Relocation Director & Classic Referral Group Manager

Carol recently celebrated her 23rd year with Classic Properties and brings with her a long history of client and company relationships. Beginning her real estate career in 2003 as a sales associate, she earned the “Rookie of The Year” award in 2004 and was selected by her colleagues in the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors for the Ann Cadman Scholarship Award.

In 2005, she joined the Relocation Department and was quickly promoted to Relocation Director. During Carol’s years as the Relocation Director, she earned Classic Properties numerous national awards for Production and Referral Increase and continues their long affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, as well as with numerous relocation companies.

In 2010, Carol earned her Associate Broker’s license and was named Classic Properties’ first Chief Administrative Officer.

In 2024, Carol was named manager of Classic Referral Group (CRG), Northeastern Pennsylvania’s fastest growing and most reputable referral group.
